My first time taking Super Silica, I became extremely ill. My parents have been taking it and haven't had any other side effects besides help with "elimination" more quickly. Well, about an hour after drinking 10 drops in a glass of water I became nauseas, then vomited 5 times and had a BM accident! It was horrible! My stomach was churning nonstop, nauseas almost constantly, had a few more bouts of diarrhea besides the vomiting. This lasted for a good 4 hours. I'm afraid to try it again =/
