1) Need to know where the fuses are to activate the electric seats and what amps are they cause they aren't working anymore.2)Also, seems like the fuses that locks and unlocks the doors are blown up and don't know where to locate them.
Try Replacing turn signal flasher
You can reset a breaker. Fuses are a one time use device. Once they trip or burn out due to a short, they are no good anymore and you need to replace it with a new one.
Reach way up under the dash to the hardest to reach connectors and wiggle them they are usually not making a proper connection. try checking fuses
The difference between MDL fuses and ADL fuses are that MDL fuses are a slow blow fuse with a long time lag. ADL fuses on the other hand, are normal blow fuses with a medium time lag.
