As far as I know there are no addictive ingredients in any Chewing Gum apart from the nicotine in the gum made for people trying to quit smoking. If you chew these and you are a non smoker you will become dependant.

Well, yes there are .The average piece of gum has five 5-10 calories but it depends on how much sugar is added in it. The amount of sugar varying brand to brand of gum.

the weight of the chewing gum is variable to....

but the other thing is by chewing gum you can lose even more calories than you gain but then chew gum can cause stomach ulcer and other complications...

chew gum only after food not before food or when you are hungry...
