Differential speed sensor goes bad on a number of vans -- Easy $5/1-bolt replacement from the junkyard.

The transmissions are finicky -- if you get stuck in snow, don't try too hard to get out or you'll fry the transmission (Cost me $2880). Rather, try deflating the tires to about 15psi -- you'd be surprised what a half-inflated tire can do. Just don't go over 20mph on them

There was a recall out about the airbag computer under the driver's seat accidentally going off if the floor rusts under it -- any Dodge dealership will replace it with a rubber-insulated model for free.

Radiators go bad around 150,000 miles, even with frequent coolant changes

Compared to a Ford or GMC/Chevy van, the Dodge's are a LOT easier to work on, especially the 93-97 models. Just pick up a Haynes manual and everything will be easy.
