Are there copies of Obama's anti baby protection speech?

I am not sure about this question, since there is no "anti baby protection" speech that the president ever gave. This question may derive from some claims made by an anti-abortion group, whose members have repeatedly claimed the president refuses to protect babies. In their view, anyone who votes to allow abortion under any circumstance, is guilty of failing to protect babies. However, critics of this view would say that being moderately pro-choice, which the president is, does not mean the same thing as "refusing to protect babies." When he was a state senator, Mr. Obama voted against a law that he felt was a backdoor way of making abortion illegal, and since that time, abortion opponents have used that vote to claim he does not care about babies. Reasonable people can disagree on abortion or on when life begins, but again, there is no evidence the president ever refused to protect babies.
