Really, it will depend if the religion you are in believes in fallen angels. Of course, most religions believe that there are angels in the sky (Heavens), but some don't believe that there are fallen angels. I do think that there are some angels around today that are here to help others. Otherwise, it is the beliefs of the religion itself.
