I would say that depends on how much foreskin you have. Don't know if you are male or female but here's for both: In men they (after a injection for the pain) pull up the foreskin as much as they can and then cut it off. They finish with stitches around the edges. The stitches fall of by themselves. They dont have to be circumcised there is no reason asociated with health or hygene why the removal of the foreskin should be considered. It is considered preferable to be circumcised when still an infant instead of waiting until puberty. Would be easier on the child. The rite of circumcision is considered cleansing at the time and in the future because makes cleaning easier.
