Do you mean "why does water freeze into globs in the freezer?" If not, you probably either need a new freezer, or you need to make the temp. in the freezer lower so they dont melt. Most freezers have either a knob that you can turn on/in them or instructions in a manual on how to change the temp.
No, they don't burst poison. Ice packs are just frozen water (ice) in packs that reduce swelling and pain. Poison isn't in the ice. That would be illegal.
No, there are no chemicals in freezer ice. Freezer ice is just frozen water, so it does not contain any additional chemicals.
FAT or put lots of salt around your stash of ice cubes and then cover it in a bunch of hay or put them in a nice cold freezer.

No need to cool dry ice.
No they dont
get a new freezer- maybe a frost free freezer that wouldn't collect ice and wouldn't need to be defrosted.
Ice packs are packages that could absorb a considerable amount of heat when used to keep food from spoiling outside a refrigerator and for emergencies. Although ice packs technically do not expire, the chemicals inside would break down and the package would deteriorate, which would reduce its effectiveness in freezing. It is best to replace them every couple of years.
Hmmm dry ice.....
of course a freezer is colder than a bowl of ice because the freezer made the ice and there are lots of frozen stuff in there.
A freezer can is the container part of an ice cream maker in which the ice cream freezes.
The answer is silo. Ice is stored in a freezer, and wheat is stored in a silo.
If you mean ice as in freezer ice, then yes there is! But here are no ice burgs, snow, ice glaciers or any formed ice, rather then the ice in the freezer.
