All laptops purchased with Windows included have "built-in" drivers with them. The manufacturer places any necessary drivers on the installation disc or image. This does not mean that a retail copy of Windows Vista will install and have all hardware working out of the box.
There are a few good laptops for running Windows Vista. Samsung have produced some laptops which work very well with Vista. Acer and Compaq are also two very good brands on which to run Vista.
Vista laptops are produced by Dell. They are actually called Dell Vista Laptops. All Dell computers come standard with Windows. Dell is one of the leading companies that produce computers today.
Drivers for Windows XP and earlier for a Dell D600 laptop can be found in the support section of Dell's website. Drivers for Windows Vista and later are not officially supported by Dell for D600 laptops.

This is a very old graphics chipset, and no longer supported by Intel, except for downloads of existing drivers. No drivers were ever made for Windows Vista for it. You may be able to install the Windows XP drivers, but since the card is very old and doesn't support any real form of hardware acceleration, there is no advantage to using it over Vista's built-in generic VESA driver.
There are lots of benefits to touch screen laptops over regular laptops. Mainly they can be built smaller, as they don't need to have the keyboard built in.
NO...... As vista has a feature of having its own drivers so as soon as the re-installation of vista is done, it'll have the drivers for motherboard and the graphics card.
