Yes. An example was the recent photograph by the Hubble Space Telescope of an apparently blank area of sky. Lots of new and distant galaxies appeared that we had never seen before. As we get bigger telescopes (especially in space), we will discover more.
It is not yet certain what size the Universe is, not even approximately - but it is probably not infinite. If you have seen an estimate about the number of galaxies in the Universe, it probably referred to the OBSERVABLE Universe, which is definitely not infinite.
This can be seen from the redshift of distant galaxies - normally attributed to the Doppler effect.
there is just more space no one has seen is before so no one knows what is beyond the galaxies. hmm i think beyond the galaxies there are no spacetime so nothing exist but time doesn't ends so there is no end to space so there might be vacum beyond the galaxies.
The expansion of the Universe, as can be seen by the redshift of distant galaxies; also, the cosmic background radiation. Read the Wikipedia article on "Big Bang" for more details.
Yes; it is expanding right now, as can be seen in the redshift of distant galaxies.
There are billions of other galaxies; perhaps 100 billion or so (1011) in the observable Universe. Some of the closer ones - that can be seen with the naked eye - are M31 (a.k.a. the "Andromeda Galaxy", the Large Magellanic Cloud, and the Small Magellanic Cloud.
There are over 100 billion galaxies (with 100 billion+ stars (each containing 9 planets and 170+ moons)) in each one; as well as asteroid belts and nebulae) in the Big O universe (in reality; Paradigm City is a computer simulation). Their light has taken 13 billion years to reach Earth.
Rock why havent you seen jeezy for 5 years
The biggest star's name is unknown, it is because they are too far enough to be seen by naked eye and even large telescopes. You answer might change because the Universe is expanding because of the galaxies which are building stars inside them. I hope you understand this all...Read more: Biggest_star_in_the_universe
We know that we have observed galaxies out to as much as 14 billion light years from us in every direction, and we have never seen an end to it yet.

At least 3 or 4 galaxies can be seen with the naked eye. Other galaxies can be seen if you watch through a telescope. Basically, in any direction you look, there are galaxies.
