You have to follow the wires and find the plugs first. Change those with a spark plug wrench that fit's them Replace the plug wires one at a time.
looking at the front of the motor 1 is right in front of you on the cap then u go to the left 1 2 7 5 6 7 4 8 on the right side of the motor as you look at it the plug wires are 1 3 5 7 to the left is 24 6 8 this is if you are standing in front of the car or truck
After 7 years probably
It's on the passenger side of the engine. About halfway down the motor just in front of where the motor mounts to the frame....you'll see a plug with a wires coming out of it. Mine had an aluminum foil type covering on the wires. Use a 7/16" deep socket to remove it.....you can't see it from the top of the engine, you have to crawl under the truck.....very simple install though.....good luck
where is the blower motor resistor located on 2002 gmc envoy?
Any tansfercase motor is to switch from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive. It is located behide the transfer case and it has 6-7 wire plug. Only automatic push button 4 wheel drive trucks have the transfer case motor.

The wiring diagram is on the tag on the new motor. The two additional wires are either for rotation reversal or it`s a dual voltage motor. If dual voltage you must determine what voltage you are using and follow the diagram to match the motor to it. If there are any unused motor leads they must be capped individually.
