There are no plans to go to Pluto at present. It is also highly unlikely that any manned mission will be undertaken in the foreseeable future.

Actually, no probes have ever been sent to Pluto. Even Voyager 1 and 2, which flew beyond the orbit of pluto in 1989, didn't do a fly-by of the planet (it was elsewhere in it's orbit at that time, and there were no plans to visit Pluto anyways).

There isn't any specific - Pluto is too small, there are asteroids bigger than it. It has been studied by craft flying past it - but since it's so far and so insignificant, there are no plans to study it in depth.
