There already is a Halloween 9, the remake of the original. And if you dont count the remake, it has not been planned a new sequel there will be eventualy in 2012 there will supposidly be a halloween 3d remake :]
For 3d generation, I reccommend Revit or ArchiCadd. Its the easier to use than Autocadd for 3d generation. In revit or Archicadd, 3d generation is automatic as you make your plans.

If you mean literally remake Episodes 4, 5 & 6? No. They won't do scene for scene remakes although one of the major complaints about Episode 7 The Force Awakens was it had the very same elements of the original trilogy, specifically A New Hope, so some will say Yes, Disney & JJ Abrams did indeed remake Episode 4 A New Hope.
It is highly unlikely that Final Destination will be in 3D this is because the technology is simply not there yet. Sony have just this week announced plans a 3D DVD player. It should be out on the 5th January 2010 and it most likely will be in 3D because they will provide 3D glasses like they do with (for example) My Bloody Valentine 3D x
AutoCadd, a computer aided drafting software, is used for drafting of floor plans, sections, elevations and 3d generation. But I personally reccommend using AutoCadd for floor plans only and using other cadd softwares for 3d generation because its much easier. 3d generation in Autocadd is quite confusing for beginners.
