yes, there are. Several years ago all three were built and a researcher used the journals of Columbus to follow his route and to sail the ships just as he would have. This is all on film as well. I have it in my library and taped it off a Discovery program or PBS. I don't remember which.
I am not sure where the replicas of the ships that were built are located. They were made in Spain, if I remember correctly, so they could be located there today. A copy of the Drake ship the Golden Hind was also made and that one I got to see and board. I have no idea where that is one today either.
