Depends, I have a brother with CP and he just goes to our dentist, but he has to be treated differently. Although I'm sure that there are dentists who specialize with children with special needs.
the above is the same as my sister, but she usually has to go to the hospital, either for a more thorough check, x-ray or some sort of dental operation that she would need general anesthetic for.
