Not per se like they do on surface ships. Submarines maintain a small "Ship's Store" where crew and visitors can purchase ship related items, like lighters, pictures, t-shirts, jackets, mugs, dolphins, patches, etc. It's usually nothing more than a couple of lockers though.
Nuclear Submarines can stay almost indefently for them it is a question of Stores (food). Diesel Submarines are really not designed for under ice operations. AIP Subs can stay submerged for prolonged periods depending on the amount of Liquid Oxygen it has.
