Are there two Adams in The Bible?

"Duality" exists throughout The Bible. That is, things occurring in "twos." And "two Adams" are part of that duality.

The Bible speaks of "two births":

"Jesus replied, 'I assure you, unless you are BORN AGAIN, you can never see the Kingdom of God.'" (John 3:3 NLT New Living Translation)

It speaks of "two deaths":

"...it is destined that each person DIES ONLY ONCEand after that comes Judgment, so also Christ DIED ONLY ONCE as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will COME AGAIN [the SECOND coming of Christ] but not to deal with our sins again. This time He will bring Salvation to all those who are eagerly waiting for Him." (Heb.9:27-28 NLT)

"Anyone who is WILLING TO HEAR should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches. Whoever is victorious will not be hurt by the SECOND DEATH." (Rev.2:11 NLT)

Most people don't realize that it's the SECOND DEATH from which Jesus saves us... not the FIRST appointed death! Nor do most people realize [or believe] that there are TWO RESURRECTIONS; the FIRST of which belongs to the saints of Christ at the moment of His return:

"...They came to life AGAIN, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. This is the FIRST RESURRECTION. (The rest of the dead [all the untold billions not called by God throughout the generations of man] did not come back to life [resurrect] until the thousand years had ended.) Blessed and Holy are those who share in the FIRST RESURRECTION. For them the SECOND DEATH holds no power, but they will be Priests of God [the Father] and of Christ and will reign with Him a thousand years." (Rev.20:4-6 NLT)

Most of modern professing Christianity doesn't know [or believe] that, according to Jesus Christ, Himself, God is "dual" -- TWO -- not three:

"'The Father and I ARE ONE.'" (John 10:30 NLT)

God created "two" sexes. Look at the human body and note that we have two eyes, ears, arms, legs, hands, feet, etc.

Notice that there are "TWO" kinds of Wisdom:

"...'I will destroy HUMAN WISDOM and discard their most brilliant ideas.' So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and the world's brilliant debaters? God has made them all look foolish and has shown THEIR WISDOM to be useless nonsense. Since God in HIS WISDOM saw to it that the world would never find Him through HUMAN WISDOM, He has used our foolish preaching to save all who believe... it is foolish to the Greeks [Gentiles] because they believe only what agrees with THEIR OWN WISDOM." (I Cor.1:19-22 NLT)

The study of Bible "duality" goes on [two testaments, etc]... but now, on to the "two Adams":

"Our bodies now disappoint us, but when they are raised [from the dead; resurrected], they will be full of Glory. They are WEAK now, but when they are raised, they will be full of POWER. They are natural [mortal, flesh and blood] HUMAN BODIES now, but when they are raised, they will be SPIRITUAL BODIES. For just as there are NATURAL BODIES, so also there are SPIRITUAL BODIES [note the duality throughout].

"The Scriptures tell us, 'The FIRST MAN, ADAM, became a living person [soul - Gen.2:7]'. But the LAST ADAM --that is, CHRIST -- is a LIFE-GIVING SPIRIT.

"What came FIRST was the natural body, then the Spiritual Body COMES LATER.

"ADAM the FIRST MAN, was made from the dust of the earth, while CHRIST, the SECOND MAN, came from heaven... Just as we are now like Adam, the man of the earth, so we will someday be like Christ, the man from heaven." (I Cor.15:43-49 NLT)
