The Bible does not claim to be a medical book. It does not directly say whether or not to go to a doctor.
However, Jesus, in illustrating a point, used this illustration at Luke 5:31: " In reply Jesus said to them: "Those who are healthy do not need a physician, but those who are ailing do."
If it is wrong to visit a doctor, it doen't seem reasonable that Jesus would use an illustration that specifically says that those who are ailing need a physician. Interestingly, the disciple of Jesus that recorded these words of Jesus, was the physician Luke.
Repeatedly in the Bible we find that GOD regards human life as sacred. It is also noteworthy that the Bible condemns acts such as over-drinking, over-eating, and defilements of the flesh that ruin our health.
It is reasonable then that GOD would expect us to take whatever steps we can to show appreciation for our gift of life, including seeking medical attention when neccessary.
Another thought:
This scripture had nothing to do with Doctors.I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. This is what Jesus was refering to, saving the sinners. The Pharisees questioned why he ate with sinners... jesus responded with a metaphor or parable that helped people understand. but not once in these parables was he actually talking about the things he described. He used them to show natural minded people the lesson he needed to get across, like any good teacher. So he was only saying that sinners need to be saved not the righteous.
All of them

The answer is NO! No where in the Bible does it say that same sex relationships are permitted. But if you want more information about what God thinks of same sex relationships go look at what happened at Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 19.
