Not that we know of. Although precursors to organic compounds have been detected, robotic exploration on Mars has found no evidence of Earth-like living things, now or in ages past. Since Mars has no liquid surface water, and little current tectonic activity, there is no obvious location for hidden fossils or sediments.
If we find any, and there's no evidence thus far to indicate there are worms on Mars, we'll look into the situation and find out. You can bet on it!
Astronomers believe there is a good chance that Europa, one of Jupiter's moons, contains liquid water under its icy crust. The moon's subsurface ocean is considered one of the most promising places in the solar system to find extraterrestrial life.
