The planets we know well.... Mercury, Venus, Mars. Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter are all in our solar system and share the same single Sun that we see.

Our Sun is a star - and every star we can see is a sun.

Astronomers have recently begun to discover planets associated with some stars other than out Sun. Not many yet, probably less than 200, because the process is very difficult.

So yes, there are other Suns with other planets.
