There was a sequel in the form of a 22-minute episode called "Tales From the Resistance: Back to the 2nd Dimension" that aired as part of Season Four. It aired November 25, 2014 on Disney XD. There are no plans to make another made for TV movie.

I have reseached this and found out that if there is going to be another one the 2nd and 3rd book would be made into a movie together - back to back. This would be done because vampires CANT AGE!!! the producer said this in an interview. The main characters have signed up for the first 3 books - but it is not deffinate if the movie will be made! I HOPE SO BECAUSE I LOVE THESE BOOKS - i was also wondering if they were going to make a movie for Breaking Dawn - but i assume by then the actors will look to old - and it is quite excplicit in the beginning so it would have to be edditted or it would have to have a high rating - which owuld not suit because it is KIDS who want to see the movies!!!!!! I WANT THEM TO MAKE A MOVIE FOR EACH BOOK THOUGH!!! hope this helps! I heard that the New Moon movie is coming out in theaters on November 20 but i don't know about the 2nd and 3rd book in one movie.
