IMPROVED (again) :): this answer was done Aug. 2010 so it's probs. the most recent update so far... anywho, i just read ally carters' website and it can be made into a movie- but it hasn't been done yet (apparently). like she has the option to; but she's not using the opportunity yet... but heist society (her new book) is probs. becoming a movie! so the answer to the question is kind of ;)

no because there's not going to be a movie at least in the near future... it was just optioned for film by Disney which means that they payed ally carter to have the rights to her book so that if they decided to make a movie they could and nobody else could take it!
