Happily: The producers were making a movie in 2010.
Sadly: There were some problems at the studio that was gonna produce the movie, so it was eventually cancelled, breaking the hearts of many spyro fans (including me).

Most likely yes. They ARE making a movie aren't they? Don't spread this around, but I heard that Spyro is done with most of the dramatic stuff! We are finally back to the old Spyro!
