No it will have a different name, but be part of the Call of Duty series. The company Treyarch that developed Call of Duty Black Ops (NOV 2010) also made Call of Duty World at War (Nov 2008) and Call of Duty 3 2 years before WAW in Nov 2006 and will make a new Call of Duty series game for release by Activision in November 2012. Infinity Ward developed the Call of Duty Modern Warfare series games for Activision with the Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare game for release in the November 2007, MW2 for Nov 2009, & MW3 for Nov 2011

No they have different perks for Black Ops II. None of the original maps will work in the new game and they are not making any of the 11 Black Ops Zombie Maps into versions for Black Ops II
