Not yet; their space program is not quite that ambitious. They are sending a rover to Mars though for a three month mission. They anticipate sending it out in late 2020. They are also planning a manned Moon mission in 2036 or so.
It has not so far been possible for people to travel to Mars although robots have been sent and are driving around sending back data and pictures.
There are several such planets. As far as I know, at present they are: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, and Saturn.
The Red Planet is Mars it is all red and soon in 2025 they are sending people up there to live there and the suprising thing is they won't come back. Anyway the Red Planet(Mars) is next to Mercury.

There are no people on Mars, and no astronauts have visited Mars. The Moon, yes, Mars, no.
The human race has not yet put a human being onto Mars. NASA currently have a Mars Exploration Rover on Mars that is sending back data from experiments it conducts on the planets surface.
