Today is April 2, 2009. There are 6 remaining Prison Break episodes in Prison Break's 4th season. Fox announced the Prison Break series will end with the completion of season 4 which will have its usual 22 episodes. Prison Break returns from hiatus on Friday, April 17, 2009 to air its final 6 episodes ending with a double episode series & season finale on May 15th. Seasons 1, 2, & 4 will have a full 22 episodes. Season 3: only 13 episodes as it was affected by the Screenwriter's strike.

Season 4 is the finals season so tune into FOX to see how the story ends. (UK episodes start back up Tue, April 21). Filming completed in March 2009. I don't think you should leave the viewers hanging on the series "Prison Break". This is a good show and it should be shown until it has a finale.
