Sara is still alive. She returns in Season 4. The head Lincoln got sent in the box wasn't hers, and I think she knew about it and was in on the whole plan.

But if there is going to be a season 5 of prison break, then i am sure that he would be alive. unless another story will start. But i don't see a reason to start another season, probably something to do with his son.

Is Michael scofield really alive?
Yes I believe so. This is what happend mike new that the shock wouldn't kill him. He also new that he put his family in harm, therefore he told Sara it would kill him and made her leave. He put the plugs together and did the same thing his dad did. Now if they do make a season 5 who can say if he will be in it the producers can do what ever they want. I hope they do I'm a prison break addict
