Okay.. well im not a mechanic.. but I think that you will need to take it to one.. I am thinking that somewhere back in the dash you could have a loose harness... or possible a bad ground wire that connects to your instrument clusters...I have herd about this problem before.. I have a Fifth Avenue.. its an 87.. and when I got the car, there was alot of things that did not work for some reason. I took the car apart and half of the harnesses were disconnected.. the electrical things in these cars just fall apart sometimes..
