According to the law, yes because they're here illegally so right there they broke the law. Now, it's not as bad as someone going out and robbing or killing; but then again, it is robbery and that's against the law.
They are criminals and charged with a misderminer, send them back home until they can get it right next time. That way when they do come back to the states, instead of sending every time they make home, they can start their contribution to the country they live and start paying taxes.
They don't.
That is PC speak for illegal aliens.
The purpose of the chicano movement was for undocumented workers, students and people to have equal rights and for latinos not to be discriminated
Undocumented or illegal workers make up a large part of the informal sector. The informal sector is basically anbody that does not pay taxes on their earnings.
Its major provisions stipulate legalization of undocumented aliens who had been continuously unlawfully present since 1982, legalization of certain agricultural workers, sanctions for employers who knowingly hire undocumented workers, and increased enforcement at U.S. borders.
As of 2018, there are about 37 million people who speak Spanish as their first language. This number does not include undocumented spanish speakers in the US, which may number between 10 million and 12 million people.
Many undocumented Mexicans find jobs in sectors that often rely on low-wage labor, such as agriculture, construction, and service industries. Employers in these industries may hire them due to the high demand for labor and the willingness of undocumented workers to accept lower pay. Some workers may use false identification or rely on cash payments to avoid detection. Additionally, informal networks within communities often help connect undocumented immigrants with job opportunities.
One negative economic effect of an increasing number of undocumented aliens in the United States is the potential strain on public resources and services, such as healthcare and education, which can lead to higher costs for taxpayers. Additionally, their presence in the labor market may suppress wages for low-skilled American workers, as competition increases for available jobs. This situation can create tension between undocumented workers and native-born citizens, potentially leading to social and economic discord.
They stole criminals, cheats, troublemakers...they also stole people from their families.
Yes, undocumented workers sometimes fraudulently acquire counterfeit or real Social Security cards (identity theft). We can't tell you how because there is no legal way for an illegal alien to obtain a Social Security number.
No because if they're undocumented they should'nt even be working there and it's illegal to have an undocumented employee so you can get in trouble as well. An undocumented employee is illegal to have, and they can file a lawsuit, but their employer may get in really big trouble, and so will they.
To me, undocumented immigrant sounds like the formerly known as illegal immigrant.
