Yes indeed. Parsley is a flowering plant, or angiosperm. It's actually a biennial and the flowers appear in the early summer of its second year. Because most people treat it as an annual, the flowers aren't often seen.

Yes! Angiosperm means when the seeds are within the plant itself, like a carrot. But if it contains the seeds outside itself or naked like the pine tree they are gymnosperms.

supp. One image I like is that all the coloured food on your plate depend upon the bees. An image suitable for 3 year olds. (obviously ignoring dyed foods!)

Parsley is an angiosperm and has flowers. Go to wikipedia and look up parsley. It gives the classification and some pictures of the flowers.
