NO, they are not i don't think any whale has ever killed a human.
Occasionally, they do kill humans, but these are most often accidents what happen (a whale dragging a person underwater, accidents in captivity, etc). There are no CONFIRMED reports of killer whales killing a person in the wild.
Mostly humans, although octopus are also known to kill whales.
