There's not a lot of credible evidence about this, although some people seem to believe it. However, there is some evidence that women are better at certain tasks on an assembly-line that require manual dexterity (assembling very small items, for example). But that said, boring and repetitive assembly line work can wear down almost anyone, male or female, which is why many factories like to vary the kinds of tasks employees are trained to do.
