Sometimes the problem could be related to chemical imbalance so seeing a psychiatrist might be necessary. Spirituality and praying should be helpful. To get back to the social, I believe the most effective treatment is starting to help other people. Once you emerge yourself in helping and caring for other people, you will find a new world and new friends! There are many volunteering organizations/websites.

Any woman can give birth to a sociopath. Epilepsy is not a mental illness, which seems to be the basis for your question. Epilepsy is a physical illness. As any woman can give birth to a sociopath then so could a woman with epilepsy. However there would be no connection with the fact that the woman has epilepsy as to what way her child would be.

What do you call a person that is a socialpath and a psychopath?
An individual cannot be both. Psychopathy is caused by genetic factors such as a shrunken amygdala or altered grey matter in your brain while sociopathy is caused by social factors such as severe trauma. Sociopathy is most definitely not just a newer word for psychopathy, however individuals with either condition usually share a lot of the same charecterstics. Sociopaths are also more likely to be able to form meaningful relationships than psychopaths.

I would say that the one you "fell for" was not the real person and the one that you dislike is the true person. People will show two faces. One, a public one, and the other is the real one. He is not worth your time because the one you dislike is his true nature and you can't change a person. He may be a socialpath. To "get over" someone go do new things, join a club, get a hobby, take a class in something you like, paint the house/apartment, get a new haircut, do something you like. Forget him you will be better off. I know I have been there. Answer You love his charming part; you don't like him otherwise. In a relationship, it takes a lot of "like" to keep the love going. Next!
Why does a sociopath have to disrespect their partners and call them mad?
Hmm... a socialpath is someone who lies at will without normal remorse. They lie so many times that they have corrupted and burned their conscience into submission. It is common in cases of adultery, where the offending partner has betrayed their spouse, their children, their friends and anyone they are hiding their adultery from with an almost infinite layer of lies. They tell these lies so frequently they start to believe them themselves. They will even rewrite their history in their own mind, to justify their activity, demonize their spouse and justify their lies. It is a form of addiction and insanity. It is VERY common when confronted that they will first turn the accusations back onto the other person and accuse them of lying and being crazy. Unless a person at this stage gets a very serious wake-up call to jolt their conscience back to life, the relationship with their spouse will often deteriorates to the point of divorce. Sorry if this has happened to you--it is a sad situation.
Is Scott Peterson considered a psychopath?
Yes he is. Scott, a six footer, planned how he would kill a five foot 8 month pregnant young lady when she was asleep. He thought it out and bought fishing gear and fishing license 4 days earlier and had bought a boat about 10 before the murder. He thought he would kill her quickly, baby and all and bind them both with tarp and tape and dumped them in the ocean. He thought that stupid people would believe that if the bodies came up from the bottom of the ocean, they would suspect that some one other than he killed the poor girl and not him. He believed that these stupid people would think that some one wanted to frame him and would dump the bodies there a few months later in order to settle some score with him. He thinks that these stupid people would believe that it was mere chance that he went fishing right about the spot the bodies floated up and that the real killers would stage the bodies to wash up with dissolving tape so they would float just at the right time. Scott also believes that these same stupid people would believe that he was going to a halloween party in mexico with dyed hair and survival equipment in case his car failed him in Mexico. This socialpath does have it right when he believes there are a lot of stupid people that would never suspect that he would kill his own unborn child and trusting wife right at the most sacred holiday of our civilization. Only a most perverted animal who lacks a soul could do a thing like this. Scott believes that stupid people out there will side by him because they can't see the evidence uncovered in this case. Scott is right, these stupid people include his mother and father who can't accept that their son is this scum and by supporting him they can face the world because otherwise, they would have to accept that they created this soulless monster. They therefore must find all the stupid people they can to have a following - They seem to be convincing themselves and getting some support for this psychopath. They can now look people in the face, while Scott smiles
