Yes you will have to go through MT Coronet using surf to get to the spear pillar. When you get to the spear pillar you will have to battle Cyrus. if you have already done that there will be a little portal go onto it and you will have a choice of having to to battle DIALGA or PALKIA. The best way is to have a grass tybe Pokemon at the start and using stun spore it will paralyze the Pokemon so it cant move and then use a different Pokemon to make the Hit Points (HP) go to a low level and use a got ball e.g. a ultra ball to catch it and it should work.
