You shouldn't have to use it. Just use a mixture of natural sea salt and warm water to soak your piercing in. You can also use it as mouthwash but alcohol-free mouthwash tastes and feels better. Don't use witch hazel or saline solution. If you want to use the aloe for dried skin around the piercing, use vitamin E oil instead. You can fin it at pretty much any drugstore or Walmart near the vitamins.
