If it is your own personal diary, sure. Say what you want in it. Use slang, chat speech, profanity, or whatever language of your choice. If it is kept on a computer, you should encrypt it, unless that is against the law where you live.

If it is part of a class assignment, then be careful. Slang may be allowed, but profanity wouldn't be, and probably not chat speech either. I'd be careful about being too personal or violent either if keeping a diary is part of class work. You do not want others (like teachers or school admins) to psychologically profile you by what you say or use what you say to upset your living situation, unless it is really bad.

On webkinzcom why can't you writle slang when the website is slang?

If a kids website like that allowed slang some parents wouldn't let their kids play on it. Not only that but it'd give off a bad image. Mostly little kids play on it and most of them don't use slang anyway. And webkinz.com isn't slang- it's just a cute company name.
