It should be introduced at the point when the headteacher/head of year thinks they're ready, as opposed to at a set point. Whilst that is the issue, as they try teaching students who are a bit immature to pay attention, so it's almost pointless trying to teach them.

As proposed in the UK/Russell Howard's good news, they were suggesting teaching primary age students sex ed.
