If you knowingly accept property that was acquired illegally, that makes you an accessory to the crime.
Illegally, yes
Because you're not paying for them. They cost money.
Yes, they are physically able to do so.
When it comes to downloading songs, words "legally" and "free" don't go together. Either pay for it or download it illegally. Or don't download it at all.
Free? The only "free" way is to illegally download it via Limewire etc...
copy the songs from limewire to a folder on your desktop then delete the songs from limewire :)
Unless you are paying, you do it illegally. ================== A real answer is search for a song and double click on the one you want
Because it belongs to someone else ..
Illegally. Haha
If you illegally download one song you can be arrested. Your question is like asking how many CDs you'd have to steal to be arrested. If you steal one, you have stolen something and have broken the law.
If you have illegally downloaded songs and it is reported by someone repairing your laptop you are liable to prosecution for theft which can punishable by fines and/or imprisonment. (See links below)
It wont ever comeback. Use remixgalaxy.com for remixing or Google if you wany to download music illegally. Itunes or Napster is the way to go. This is why Jamglue closed in the first place because of many people downloading songs illegally.
