on a oil rig boat
most likely 50:1
Can be a weak oil pump but more than likely the oil pressure sending unit is defective. Replace it and see what you then have. If that does not solve the problem then have an oil pressure test run. Do not continue to drive this truck until you find out what the problem is.
if your truck was out of oil and you ran it it probably threw a rod. it makes a fast ticking sound and it comes from under the valve cover. that is most likely what happened
People could spill oil on purpose and don't realize its bad. A truck carrying oil could tip and spill oil all over the road. Technology is used to clean oil spills too.
more than a million :[ and they barley:[ stopped it and another boat of oil is spilling now
It is at the bottom of the oil pan.
sticky valve most likely. give it an oil change and throw some lucas oil conditioner in there
you need to be more specific... what kinda leak is it?? most likely engine oil or transmission oil, check on your dipstick and make sure the engine is at proper level, to check the transmission you have to crawl under the truck and remove a plug on the side of it. also how is the truck running rough??
The truck will have lower oil pressure when idling, and when the crankshaft spins faster, the oil pump spins faster, creating more oil pressure. Much more info is needed. Start by checking if the truck has oil. It should take 5 quarts of 5w30. The next step is testing the oil pump.
Do not use auto power steering oil in a boat.
If you mean engine oil then this is because the crank mechanism in the engine need to be lubricated for efficient firing of the piston in the cylinder, there by increasing the speed of the truck and also durability of the engine. == correct answer== if engine is blowing oil,but still running fine, you more than likely have bad valve stem seals this allows oil to run down valves into combustion chamber fix it before you burn out ya valves
no,because boat uses hydraulic oil of less viscosity.
