Can your exhusband sue you for money he has given your adult children after the divorce?
No. If he chose to give your adult children money, then that was his decision and you are not obligated to reimburse him for any of it. And to take it a bit further, even if the children were still minor after the divorce and he chose to give them money, you would not be obligated to reimburse him for that, either. Child support money goes to the custodial parent for support of the children, not directly to the children.

Can a father give up his rights to his child?
Yes. A father can give up their rights to a child at any age. However, legally they are still obligated to pay child support unless you drop the case completely. They are also legally obligated to pay back child support unless you drop that. Also, although they give up their rights legally to the child, in the eyes of the law, they are still the father. This means that the law can still go after them for child support if they want to.

Can kids sue their parents over money?
Not sure what money you are talking about. Parents are in no way obligated to give you money. They are obligated to feed you, put a roof over your head, clothe you etc but not to give you cash. If you mean child support, it's paid to one parent who uses it to pay for the child's expenses. No money/cash goes to the child. If you are asking again you have to add more information what money you are talking about.
