depends on how tall you are, if you are about and average 10 year old height then yes, but if you are one of those kids who hits a growth spurt really early and you are taller than most kids your age than you are maybe a little out of shape (depends how tall you are) or a little chubby but you probably not overweight if you are really tall.
lots of kids do grow out of it once they hit a major growth spurt. but if you continue to gain lots of weight then you are eating to much of the wrong kind of food and probably should pick up and learn a sport to get more exercise so you are more active.
If your 9 years old and 93 pounds your NOT overweight. Your fine. :-)
You need to lose 10 lbs at 3500 calories a pound.
135 pounds sould be ok
yes that is very healthy and i might be worried if a ten year old was anything less than 75 pounds.
A boy that is 5' 1" and is 10 years old should weigh close to 70 pounds. If they are overweight, they should try to be more active.
Although your BMI is 19 and it is normal, you may get taller, and will make you underweight, I would suggest at least gaining 10 pounds maybe more so that this doesn't happen. Most boys your around your height probably weigh 130-160, which 150+ would be overweight, this is 21.6-26.6, and I would say 135 is the best weight about now.
7 stones 10 pounds is 108. And no, you are not 1 stone 10 pounds (24 pounds) overweight. at 4'11" the ideal weight is 95 pounds. You are fine.
Probably of they are overweight
