It isn't likely as long as you had your shots at their schedule times. It is more likely that your tender breasts and sore nipples are temporary side effects of the depo. Just like any other form of birth control, there are sidre effects. Most of depo's side effects mimic pregnancy side effects. That is why your doctor should be performing a pregnancy test prior to giving you your quarterly depo injection. As long as your doctor knows you are sexually active, they should be MAKING YOU take a pregnancy test before they give you the depo injection.

Well, I thought my dog was pregnant, and she was. But her babies died in her. You will notice an increase in weight gain. Also, her nipples will get fat. I recommend taking her to a vet. That is the best before it's to late.

As long as you are taking your birth control at the same time everyday you can't get pregnant as long as you are taking the birth control. So if you for example have been taking birth control for five months so far you can't get pregnant those five months. As long as you are taking the pills you are safe from getting pregnant. If at anytime you are worried that you are take a pregnancy test. It you have any questions I suggest calling your health care provider.

== == That is not unusual, in fact quite common that after you stop taking birth control, it can take several months to get pregnant. This is certainly nothing to worry about If after 6-8 or even 12 months, consult a physician to determine if you can get pregnant.

Well a lot of women do not learn they are pregnant till 6 or 7 weeks into their pregnancy. As long as you are not 6 months pregnant and taking birth control I think everything should be fine. Just stop taking it immediately and call your doctor if you are too concerned.

You may be pregnant yes or you could have a hormonal imbalance. DEPO is notorious for causing hormonal imbalance. Best thing to do is see your doctor for a quantitative beta HCG pregnancy blood test & ask your doctor specifically for this test so write down the name of it. Also get checked for a hormonal imbalance & STOP taking DEPO. Its awful.
