Of course, if the accident resulted in personal injury NO MATTER HOW SLIGHT, it MUST be reported regardless of the damage amount. Some states have very low dollar threshhold set, so be certain to check your state's laws on this matter.
You can call their office to determine, but due to the sheer volume of reports handled and submitted daily there is no effort made to keep them posted and up-to-date on line. If you allow a timeframe of at least 48 hours from when the accident occurred, a copy of the report should be available to you for a small administrative fee to cover the retrieval and copying.
