Are you supposed to flush the water out every time you use Murine ear drops the package is not clear?

The best thing to do is to not wash it out for four days. I tried to wash it out, and because there was so much build up, it did not work AT ALL. I tried again for four days (I had been to the doctor and he said recommended Murine and said it would take a long time) and I could hear much better! I am still using it, but a few weeks ago I was not able to hear anything out of that ear.... so I don't think you should wash it out- leave it in for four days then use the syringe (lightly) to wash out the rest.
