To take a picture of your computer screen using your phone, you can use the screenshot feature on your phone. Simply press the appropriate buttons on your phone to take a screenshot while viewing the content on your computer screen. You can then access the screenshot in your phone's photo gallery.

You can actually access Twitter from both your phone and your computer. If you have it on the computer you can just log on and "tweet". If you have it on your phone you have to have internet, but you do NOT have to have an iPhone and it IS an app but it doesn't have to be. It depends on your cell phone. Some phones have an internet tethering option when connected to your computer via Bluetooth or USB.
To download pictures from your cell phone to your computer using a USB cable, first, connect your phone to the computer with the USB cable. On your phone, select the option for "File Transfer" or "Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)" when prompted. On your computer, open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac), locate your phone under "Devices," and navigate to the folder containing your pictures.
