Yes it is we have the freedom of religion. the right to free speech. I speak my mind about the government without fear of retribution, and I have written several letters to the White House airing out my displeasure's with the current administration regarding policies and unconstitutional decisions. I own firearms which is protected by the second amendment. I have no worries of owning them as long as I am responsible enough to follow the laws on handling firearms. I have never had a reason to use the court system. I have never been searched or anything seized. I have never had an issue with doing what I want when I wanted such as traveling from state to state whenever I desire
