No, zebras do not produce venom of any kind. As always, animal bites are seldom sterile, so reports of a "poisonous zebra" were likely the result of infection.

You may also be thinking of the "zebra poison" tree (euphorbia arborea) which is highly poisonous. It's so named because zebras often die from drinking water in which its branches soak.
