The Birmingham Heritage Festival will replace the Southern Heritage Festival in Birmingham, AL. The three day music and cultural festival will take place in August 2009. The festival will include current r&b, blues, old school, jazz, and latin artist. The event will include a kids area, three stages, arts area, free eductional seminars, and more.
