There's nowhere other than the Global Trading Station. Just pop your Machoke in there and ask for a very similar level Machoke. If you want to keep the machoke you have, you'll need 2 games and 2 DSs. It's expensive but it's the only way. If you have Platinum, get Diamond or Pearl, if you have Diamond or Pearl, get Platinum so you don't have the same game. Your Pokemon will still disobey you (unless you trade them back) because you're playing as a different trainer in the other game.
