No. Nobles were kings so that makes your question false.
Trade between Europe and Asia grew. Crusaders brought ideas of Muslim thinkers to Europe. The power of the European kings grew at the expense of nobles, knights, and popes
The Nobles and knights - the knights counted too, because if the nobles lost power they would too; the nobles were the ones who paid them, and the nobles were getting powerless, so that was the same for the knights. if the commoners didnt get paid to go to war then it would be a different story. Hope that makes any sense. O(^__^)O
Kings and Popes... I believe. (:
In medieval Europe, there were different types of nobles, such as monarchs (kings and queens), dukes and duchesses, earls and countesses, barons and baronesses, knights, and lords/ladies. These titles represented varying levels of social status, power, and land ownership within the feudal system.
The Crusades caused many nobles and knights to leave their land which caused feudalism to decline. Because of the decline in feudalism, many kings took the opprotunity to come to power and create a kingdom.
Kings and Nobles
The people with the most power were the nobles. The kings weren't because the nobles were able to communicate with the gods. The kings just had to be able to do what the gods asked for. But, in any case, they gods were the most powerful people in the entire nation of Greece.
